- A member in good standing of The State Bar of California since 2011, William London is a partner at Kimura London & White LLP. From the firm's offices in Irvine, he provides representation to individual and business clients throughout Orange County. Mr. London is fluent in Mandarin as a result of his having spent a year at the Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing.Mr. London divides his practice among business and corporate law, real estate transactions, and estate planning and administration. In the latter area, he regularly prepares and reviews wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, advance medical directives, business succession plans, and financial and health care powers of attorney. Mr. London also provides advice and counsel to executors and trustees regarding their administrative and fiduciary duties.In his business law practice, Mr. London has represented entrepreneurs who are looking to launch a new venture. In this regard, he advises them as to the most appropriate form of legal entity for the business, and he thereafter prepares applicable contracts and assists them on financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Mr. London's real estate experience has encompassed purchases and sales, development, construction law, and finance.As an undergraduate, Mr. London attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, and he spent a year abroad in England before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. He subsequently pursued his legal education at the Georgetown University Law Center in the District of Columbia and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011. A member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Orange County Bar Association, Mr. London has also served on the board of directors of Arts Orange County and is a member of California Lawyers for the Arts.
