Will O. (Trip) Walton III is the founder of the law firm Walton, P.C. in Auburn, Alabama. He focuses on litigation and represents residents of the cities of Auburn and Opelika and the surrounding areas of central and eastern Alabama and western Georgia in relation to personal injury and death from motor vehicle accidents, train collisions, liability for premises and dog bite attacks. He was admitted to the bar in Alabama and Georgia and before the US District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the US Supreme Court.
