Attorney Tim J. Riemann is a co-founder and partner with the Funk Riemann law firm in Kansas City, Missouri. Licensed to practice in Kansas as well as Missouri, Mr. Riemann serves the needs and interests of clients throughout both states and all across the country who suffered a preventable injury or loss because of the negligent, careless or unlawful actions of someone else. He also handles cases involving business disputes, including partnership and owner disputes, as well as employment law claims of sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation.Representing plaintiff clients with their personal injury and wrongful death claims, particularly those involving motor vehicle accidents, defective products and premises liability, Mr. Riemann has achieved notable success advocating for those he serves in state and federal courts. Truman Scholarship and the Marshall Scholarship, and he obtained master's degrees from both Oxford University and The London School of Economics and Political Science. He then returned to the U.S. and attended Stanford Law School, where he was a Public Interest Fellow.Mr. Riemann obtained his Juris Doctor in 2004, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
