A native of Louisville, Scott A. Wallitsch is an attorney at the office of Morgan & Morgan in the same city where he was born and raised. Representing clients throughout the greater metropolitan area, he focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. In addition to being admitted to practice in Kentucky, Mr. Wallitsch is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts.Mr. Wallitsch provides dedicated and forceful advocacy to area residents who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other people or entities. The types of cases that he has handled during his career have arisen out of incidents involving premises liability, animal attacks, and truck and motor vehicle accidents, and he has been able to obtain significant compensation for his plaintiff clients, both through jury awards and as a result of settlements, which he has negotiated out of court with defendants and their liability insurance carriers. Mr. Wallitsch's professional affiliations reflect his personal injury litigation practice area, including the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.Fluent in Spanish as well as in English, Mr. Wallitsch attended Vanderbilt University as an undergraduate, where he majored in Spanish and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. After graduation, he spent several years in Medellin, Colombia, before returning to the United States and enrolling at the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. While in law school, he clerked at the Jefferson County Attorney's Office before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011. Mr. Wallitsch has been with Morgan & Morgan since 2016.
