- Ronald J. Mr. Resmini graduated from Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Rhode Island bar in 1969 while on leave from his service with the US Army Security Agency. As the author of more than 20 legal manuals and two volume treatises on civil procedure in Rhode Island, Mr. Resmini has legal recognition for his extensive knowledge of the state's laws and statutes. He was instrumental in establishing Rhode Island's IOLTA and judicial arbitration programs, as well as resolving negligent matters, insurance laws, public duty doctrine, and other legal matters in his trial in numerous state courts.
