John L. Mr. Hammons is also active in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics.

He works at Cook, Yancey, King & Galloway, located in Shreveport, Louisiana, and provides legal services for issues involving Business Litigation and Professional Liability and personal injury matters.
