A partner at The Bradshaw Firm, Mason Bradshaw focuses his practice exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death litigation. From the firm's office in Mesa, Arizona, he provides representation to residents of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area who have incurred economic and noneconomic harm due to the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of cases that Mr. Bradshaw has handled have stemmed from incidents involving truck and other motor vehicle crashes, auto-pedestrian accidents and premises liability.During his career, Mr. Bradshaw has been able to obtain positive results for his clients, whether in the form of sizable jury awards or through the negotiation of favorable settlement terms with defendants and their insurance companies. Admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. In order to stay abreast of current developments in his practice area and to forge connections with his fellow attorneys Mr. Bradshaw is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice and other professional groups.Majoring in English, Mr. Bradshaw attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in 2008. He then went on to pursue his legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. While he was in law school, Mr. Bradshaw was a member and then president of the school's J. Reuben Clark Law Society chapter and a member of the school's Moot Court Honor Board. He also clerked for a local law firm before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011.
