- Mary M. Drawbaugh is an attorney at Haspel, McLeod & Drawbaugh, P.C., located in Frederick, Maryland. Ms. Drawbaugh practices criminal defense and family law. She has been admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland since 1996 and has more than two decades of experience in family law and other areas.Ms. Drawbaugh earned a bachelor’s degree from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland, graduating cum laude. She went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and has held many roles in the legal profession over the course of her career, including volunteer legal intern, law clerk, assistant state’s attorney and attorney for the Frederick County Department of Social Services.Before joining Haspel, McLeod & Drawbaugh, P.C., Ms. Drawbaugh spent several years as a sole practitioner. While working in that role, she handled matters in the areas of administrative, criminal and family law.In addition to her law practice, Ms. Drawbaugh is a member of the Bar Association of Frederick County, Maryland, and the Frederick County Judicial Nominating Commission. She is also president of the Frederick County Defense Bar Association and belongs to the character committee of the Maryland State Board of Law Examiners.Ms. Drawbaugh regularly volunteers at St. John’s Regional Catholic School in Frederick, Maryland, and previously served as treasurer of the Frederick County 4-H Camp & Activities Center. She has received recognition for her contributions to the legal profession, including being named one of the “top 100 trial lawyers” in honor of her litigation experience.
