As the co-managing director of Feldman Shepherd Wohlbilder Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mark W. Tanner focuses on a wide range of personal injury cases. He represents not only those who have been wrongly violated, but also those who have faced civil rights violations. Mr. Tanner is dedicated to assisting others through litigation and advising on civil and class action lawsuits. Mr. Tanner is an accomplished litigator who earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross before completing his Juris Doctor with Honors from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Mr. Tanner has also practiced in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tanner is also a member of the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, which only admits 500 lawyers worldwide. Although Mr. Tanner has received impressive judgments for his litigated clients, including a $ 22.4 million award for a victim of negligently performed spinal surgery, he also spends considerable time as a pro bono activist serving underprivileged children through the nonprofit Support Center for Child Activists.
