Kristin is a creative planner and takes the necessary steps to reduce the chances of litigation. Advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration and management of both taxable and non-taxable estates, Kristin understands that serving as a trustee or executor involves many complexities and she is dedicated to providing each client with compassion and peace of mind. Over the past decade, Kristin has worked with hundreds of individuals in California and Nevada to assist them navigate the complex trust administration and probate process. Kristin earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School, where she received Dean’s List honors. A highlight of law school was interning with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps at Pearl Harbor, Hawai’i. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from Alverno College, a top-ranked Catholic women’s college, where she was among a small number of students to graduate with Honors.Kristin is an active member in the legal community, serving as Vice President-Marketing of the South Placer Estate Planning Council and is the founding Vice Chair of the Placer Women Lawyers Section of the Placer County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Probate & Estate Planning Section of the Placer County Bar Association and volunteers her time with the Sacramento Estate Planning Clinic.
