- Based in Wilmington, Delaware, Keith Horner dedicates his practice to family law, real estate and estate planning cases. Through putting himself in their shoes, he pictures how he would want to be treated. He addresses their concerns promptly and is clear on what their options are for moving forward.Mr. Horner holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the University of Delaware. In 2010, he earned a Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and earned a pro bono distinction.Today, Mr. Horner is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and The Melson-Arsht American Inn of Court. He also holds an Avvo “Excellent” rating.Outside his practice, Mr. Horner does pro bono work from Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and Wills for Seniors through the Delaware State Bar Association.
