- Managing partner of The Frankl Law Firm, P.C., Keith Evan Frankl handles cases of serious personal injury and insurance claims for policyholders, along with insurance bad faith and civil litigation. He also provides legal advice for those in the Colorado area struggling with legal issues and devotes most of his practice to litigation. Admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and in the Colorado state courts, he also represents clients through the appellate process when necessary.In 1979, Mr. Frankl graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts, then obtained a Juris Doctor in 1982 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He currently teaches seminars and classes on insurance and evidence, bad faith property damage, bad faith insurance and subrogation.Mr. Frankl is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the CTLA Bad Faith Task Force, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Brain Injury Association of Colorado, the American Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice Bad Faith Committee. In 1984, he served as the grievance policy committee’s secretary for the Colorado Bar Association. On the Interprofessional Committee of the same organization, he assisted in disputes between doctors and lawyers.From damage to residential homes to apartment complex disputes, Mr. Frankl is qualified to handle any type of litigation. He has also published a written article on corporate debt and continuing liability for the Colorado Lawyer publication.
