Mr. Sacco is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, in Delaware, Ohio. Mr. Sacco received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, in 1972. His juris doctor degree, cum laude, was obtained from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, in 1976.Mr. Sacco was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 1976 (presently inactive). He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada Bar in 1977. In 1978 Mr. Sacco was admitted to the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and he was also admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1979.Mr. Sacco previously served on the Client Security Fund Committee at the State Bar of Nevada and is a founding Pillar of Justice and past member of the Board of Governors of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association (now the Nevada Justice Association).Mr. Sacco’s practice areas include construction law, general civil litigation, real property law, corporate law and transactional matters. His concentration has been in the area of real estate law, with a particular emphasis on escrow and title insurance.Mr. Sacco has been a practicing attorney in Nevada since 1977 and has tried numerous jury and bench civil trials, and has handled many cases before the Nevada Supreme Court. Mr. Sacco has participated in numerous arbitrations conducted in Nevada before the American Arbitration Association and within the Nevada Supreme Court’s Court Annexed Arbitration Program. He has also acted as a private arbitrator and mediator on numerous occasions and is on the panel of the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Sacco had his own law firm for approximately 20 years and became “Of Counsel” to the law firm of Marquis Aurbach Coffing in August, 2001. Mr. Sacco has maintained many loyal clients for more than 30 years, primarily because of the personal attention and responsiveness that he gives to all of his clients and their legal needs.
