- Jill M. Blake-Burke is a senior associate attorney at Hoover Krepelka, LLP, in San Jose, California, where she concentrates her practice on family law. She represents clients throughout Santa Clara County and the surrounding areas.Ms. Blake-Burke is committed to providing personalized representation to each client. She handles all types of family law matters, including those involving divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, grandparents’ rights, legal separation, property division, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements and spousal support. She has experience at the trial and appellate levels.Prior to joining Hoover Krepelka, LLP, Ms. Blake-Burke served as an intern at the County of Santa Clara Public Defender Office. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara Family Division.Over the course of her career as a practicing family law attorney, Ms. Blake-Burke has successfully litigated and resolved many cases involving complex family law issues. She understands that her clients are going through difficult and fragile times in their lives and works hard to help them achieve the best possible resolution and move forward.Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ms. Blake-Burke graduated magna cum laude from San Diego State University, majoring in psychology and minoring in history and sociology. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. While pursuing her law degree, she served as technical editor of the Santa Clara Journal of International Law.Ms. Blake-Burke received her license to practice law in 2011. She is qualified to appear before all California state courts. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of the Coif.
