He holds a license to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and several other federal courts. On a number of occasions, he has been specially admitted to represent clients in other states, including New York, California, Florida, Pennsylvania and more.
