James McMillan is an American lawyer and entrepreneur who specializes in creative business solutions and high stakes dispute resolution in the entertainment industry. Known for turning contacts into contracts, he is often sought to craft inventive solutions for artists, athletes, executives and major corporations who are looking to build and protect their brands. These solutions cover the full gamut of transactional matters, including talent and recording agreements, joint ventures, brand licensing agreements and tour sponsorships.
