At Kula & Associates, P.A., Elliot B. Kula is a principal partner who handles appeals cases and has extensive experience in every one of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal. In both federal and state courts, Mr. Kula is highly qualified to represent clients as a valued appellate attorney, even as he offers litigation support throughout the entire process.At the University of Minnesota in 1989, Mr. Kula earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor in 1993 from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Admitted to practice by The Florida Bar since 1994, he is also admitted to the following courts: the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.An active member of the legal community, Mr. Kula engages with other professionals as a member of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association. He serves as the advisory board member for Attorney at Law Magazine, as a past chair and vice chair for the Appellate Courts Committee, and a past member of the board of directors for the Miami Beach Jewish Community Center. Kula is certified by The Florida Bar in appellate law and is also currently the chair of the General Practice Subcommittee of the Appellate Court Rules Committee of The Florida Bar.
