Dennis B. Rafferty is a founding partner of Quatrini Rafferty, P.C., located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Focusing his practice on civil litigation, he provides representation to plaintiffs throughout the central and western portions of the state who have been harmed by the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents and similar incidents. Mr. Rafferty has also served as counsel to school districts in Westmoreland County and handles zoning disputes as well.As an undergraduate, Mr. Rafferty attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science magna cum laude in 1971. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1974. While in law school, he served on the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Upon his graduation, Mr. Rafferty was honored with membership in the Order of the Coif. He founded his current firm in 1980 after being a sole practitioner. He has had numerous successes in jury trials and has also won decisions for his clients on appeals. Mr. Rafferty remains an active participant in numerous legal organizations. His memberships include the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Westmoreland Bar Association. Mr. Rafferty has also served his community as a member of the Greater Latrobe-Laurel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce.
