David T. Bundrick is an associate at Edwards & Kautz. Based in the firm's Paducah office, he advises and advises clients throughout McCracken County and other parts of western Kentucky. Mr. Bundrick was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2006 and practiced before the U.S. District Court for the western Kentucky district. In his duties, Mr. Bundrick represents individuals charged by the Commonwealth or the federal government with offenses or criminal offenses. Cases he has worked in private practice during his career have included driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, domestic violence, possession and distribution of drugs, murder and other violent crimes, and traffic offenses. Mr. Bundrick has achieved beneficial results for his clients through dismissals, acquittals, and negotiating favorable objection agreements with the prosecutor. His fellow attorneys have noted both his track record and high level of ethics and have given him a peer-reviewed "Very Good" rating from Avvo. Originally from Alabama, Bundrick attended Auburn University in that state where he worked. He studied English and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2001. He moved to Kentucky to study law and enrolled at the University of Kentucky College of Law. While there, Mr. Bundrick served on the Journal of Natural Resources & Environmental Law before receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2006. He then spent several years as a public defender with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy before moving to his current practice.
