As an attorney and certified public account, Daniel Scott Rosefelt represents clients throughout the nation as part of Daniel Rosefelt & Associates, LLC. With over two decades of experience, he handles business tax law and has appeared before a long list of state tax agencies, the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue, the Comptroller of Maryland and the Internal Revenue Service. He shares his experience with new attorneys as an adjunct law professor at Stetson University College of Law.Mr. Rosefelt has spent time as a tax accountant and auditor with a public accounting firm before opening his own firm. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Supreme Court.
