Daniel Nast Gallucci, NastLaw, LLC., Philadelphia, is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. He works in the areas of mass killing, personal injury, pharmaceuticals, product liability and antitrust litigation. He is often appointed to leadership positions in national mass proceedings. Most recently, Mr. Gallucci was appointed to PSC In Re: Proton-Pump Litiigation, MDL 2789, in 2017. In 2017, Mr. Gallucci chaired three national process conferences. Its legal proceedings include medical misconduct and death. He was involved in negotiating the $ 70 million Serzone settlement and was actively involved in approving the $ 4 billion Fen Phen settlement. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Heparin MDL Claimants and the Steering Committee of the Digitek MDL Claimants. Mr. Gallucci recently won the third largest jury verdict in Lancaster County's history. He is active in pro bono work.
