For decades, attorney Dale M. As a founder and partner at Schwartz Posel Immigration Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia, he represents clients in Fulton County, Gwinnett County, throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and nationwide.Mr. Schwartz has long shown a passion for and dedication to immigration law. A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Schwartz taught an immigration law course at the Emory University School of Law for 25 years. He has served as the national president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and as a co-chairman of an immigration law committee for the American Bar Association. He continues to serve on the boards of various organizations devoted to immigration and refugees and was appointed to a leadership position with the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation. He has been called before both houses of the U.S. Congress to testify on immigration matters and has often been asked to comment in the news media, including CNN, "Nightline" and "60 Minutes. "Throughout his career, Mr. Schwartz has received recognition and awards many times for his contributions to immigration law.
