For decades, attorney Dale M. Schwartz has been defending clients in deportation and removal cases, and helping people with employment visas, permanent residence applications and marriage-based green card petitions, in addition to handling many other types of immigration and naturalization matters. As a founder and partner at Schwartz Posel Immigration Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia, he represents clients in Fulton County, Gwinnett County, throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and nationwide.Mr. Schwartz has long shown a passion for and dedication to immigration law. A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Schwartz taught an immigration law course at the Emory University School of Law for 25 years. He has served as the national president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and as a co-chairman of an immigration law committee for the American Bar Association.
