Craig Rosenstein, 40, is the founder and owner of Rosenstein Law Group, now celebrating 13 years of business in Scottsdale, Arizona. At Rosenstein Law Group, he works tirelessly to ensure that one bad night does not change the rest of your life. He then graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 2006. In late 2007, Craig opened the Rosenstein Law Group, PLLC and quickly limited his practice to criminal defense. Craig is one of the only two nationally recognized attorneys that is Board Certified in DUI Defense in Maricopa County and is a well-respected trial defense attorney who has been lead counsel in nearly 100 jury trials taken to verdict. As a highly regarded speaker at legal conferences across the nation, Craig has lectured and taught attorneys on a variety of topics including jury trial strategy, cross-examination of police officers and expert witnesses, and how to present an effective closing argument. He has also been a faculty member at some of the country's most respected trial colleges. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, as well as in the U.S. Federal District Court in Arizona. Craig has been a board member for AACJ (Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice) for the past 5 years, most recently serving as the president for one year. Craig is also a registered lobbyist in the State of Arizona and regularly testifies at the Arizona legislature regarding criminal justice issues.
