Courtney C. Atkinson is a talented attorney with experience in family, litigation and employment law, representing clients of Metcalfe & Atkinson, LLC based in Greenville, Anderson and Spartanburg. Ms. Atkinson represents individuals as well as employers and corporations and has extensive litigation experience in the following areas: intellectual property, business premises liability, personal injury, general business, product liability, inheritance and health care liability issues Atkinson handles family law matters such as Undisputed and controversial divorces, visiting matters, custody, alimony and agreements before and after the marriage. Washington Graduate Ms. Atkinson, Lee University lawyer, earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2003 and served on the clinic of the Community Legal Practice Center, the Alderson Prison Clinic, and the Moot Court Executive Board. Prior to studying law, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors. Atkinson is passionate about the community, and her commitment to restitution is evidenced by her collaboration with the Women Attorneys Committee, the Greenville Hospital System Children's Hospital Development Advisory Board, and the Junior League of Greenville.
