- As a partner at Lenzo & Reis, LLC, Claudia A. Reis provides dedicated legal representation to people throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. She focuses her practice on employment law and accepts a wide variety of cases, including those that involve wage and hour disputes, retaliation, discrimination and sexual harassment. Ms. Reis speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.Ms. Reis received a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1995 before going on to attend Rutgers School of Law-Newark. She graduated from that institution in 2001 with her Juris Doctor.Prior to turning her focus to representing people who have been the victims of workplace injustices, Ms. Reis gained valuable knowledge defending and counseling both government agencies and corporate clients. She uses that experience to help her aggressively fight for the rights of her employee clients. Ms. Reis believes in establishing open, honest relationships with her clients, and offers them committed, personalized representation. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.Staying active in the legal community, Ms. Reis is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Law, the New Jersey State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. She also serves as a barrister in The Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court and as president of the National Employment Lawyers Association – New Jersey chapter.
