An associate at Nesenoff & Miltenberg LLP, Cindy A. Singh represents clients in New York in cases of employment discrimination, civil rights discrimination and sexual harassment. She defends faculty members and students at universities in disciplinary college matters, and corporate entities and business owners in state and federal court actions. Recognized by the NYS Courts Access to Justice Program, she has also received the CALI Award for Excellence in Poverty Law Seminar and Property as well as for Excellence in Condos, Co-ops and Homeowners Associations.Ms. Singh is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of New York, the New York Women’s Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. A member of the professional development committee of the Queens County Bar Association, she is also an associate board member of the National Center for Law and Economic Justice.At New York University, Ms. Singh graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts, and she earned a St. Thomas More Scholarship to St. John’s University School of Law and was on the dean’s list as she earned her Juris Doctor.
