Attorney Christopher Sprysenski helps families in transition through divorce and other family law cases in Florida in Orange County, Osceola County, Seminole County and Volusia County. Mr. Sprysenski founded The Florida Family Firm in 2015 to exclusively handle family matters after a 5 year partnership where his practice included family law and business litigation cases. His experience with business disputes helps Mr. Sprysenski excel at divorce cases where business assets must be equitably distributed.After receiving a Bachelor of Science in 2000 from the University of Florida, Mr. Sprysenski spent 7 years working for companies such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers and IBM, providing business consulting to a number of Fortune 500 companies. He then attended the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University, earning a Juris Doctor in 2009.Mr. Sprysenski is available for legal representation in all family law matters, from initial divorce and paterntiy proceedings, to modifications of child support, alimony and child custody. Using his professional business experience and prior experience litigating business disputes, Mr. Sprysenski also handles high asset divorces and drafting of prenuptial and postmarital agreement. Mr. Sprysenski strongly supports the collaborative divorce model, and advocates for alterntaive dispute resolution tools like mediation.A native of Central Florida and a product of Lake Mary public schools, Mr. Sprysenski believes strongly in providing legal leadership in his community. Mr. Sprysenski is President of the Seminole County Bar Association and the Seminole County Bar Association Legal Aid Society for the 2018 membership year. Mr. Sprysenski is also the current treasurer of the Seminole Inn of Court, a member of the board of directors for the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida, and a pupilage group lead for the Central Florida Family Inns of Court.Mr. Sprysenski has been recognized as a member of Florida's Legal Elite by Florida Trend magazine, a Top 100 Lawyer for Family Law by The National Advocates, and holds a "Superb" rating by Avvo. In 2011, the Seminole County Bar Association Legal Aid Society honored him with its Pro Bono Young Lawyer of the Year Award.
