- Attorney Brian L. Shrader is the founder and owner of Shrader Law in Tampa, Florida. As a prosecutor, he gained invaluable insight into the criminal justice system from both side, which helps him devise the most effective defense strategies possible for the accused. A veteran of more than 1,000 criminal cases, he has obtained a long record of securing acquittals, dismissals and reductions of charges for his clients.Equally effective in other legal areas, Mr. Shrader has assisted numerous commercial clients with protecting their rights and interests in the face of complex, high-stakes litigation that threatened to undermine their operations. He has also earned a reputation as a tireless advocate for consumers dealing with overwhelming debt who are receiving harassing phone calls from creditors or have been victimized by a corporation's questionable business practices.A graduate of the University of Miami, Mr. Shrader completed a Capitals of Europe Summer Session at Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law, where he gained notable experience with the International Criminal Tribunal and the International Court of Justice. He then returned to the United States and attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2008. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
