Brett M. Waronicki is a partner / shareholder in Wiederhold, Moses, Kummerlen & Waronicki, P.A., in West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce, Florida. Mr. Waronicki practices in all areas of general liability, including personal and transportation liability, property and property damage, and civil rights liability under Section 1983. In addition, Waronicki practices litigation relating to workplace discrimination and the Disabled Americans Act. Waronicki was born in Hollywood, Florida and grew up in Stuart, Florida. Mr. Waronicki received his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law after earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida. He began his legal career in Florida's 19th judiciary as a deputy public defender representing those charged with crimes ranging from sentences to life imprisonment. He then worked for a small company in Stuart, Florida dealing with criminal and general civil matters before joining Wiederhold, Moses, Kummerlen & Waronicki, P.A.Mr. Waronicki has represented customers in many regions in the state of Florida. Waronicki is licensed in all federal courts in the state of Florida. His experience includes reviewing cases for clients in court proceedings before state and federal juries. Mr. Waronicki has also made oral submissions in the Third and Fourth District Appeals Court with the United States Appeals Court for the eleventh circuit.
