- The founding partner of the Trembly Law Firm, Brett B. Trembly focuses his practice on business transactions and related civil litigation. Located in Miami, Florida, he provides representation to companies and their owners throughout the greater metropolitan area. Admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, Mr. Trembly is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.Mr. Trembly's clients include entrepreneurs who are looking to launch new ventures. At the outset, he works with them to determine the most appropriate type of legal entity for the business. Once it has been formed, Mr. Trembly helps to prepare operating or shareholder agreements as well as employment and other contracts, and he provides guidance with respect to mergers and acquisitions. His goal is to create a strong enough foundation so litigation can be avoided, but when disputes arise, he advocates vociferously on behalf of his clients. Mr. Trembly's experience in this regard has included contract breaches, employment defense, business torts, and breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Trembly has also initiated a general counsel practice, in which he and other members of his firm provide advice and counsel at a fraction of the cost of a full-time in-house attorney. His successful track record in all these matters, as well as his high degree of ethics, have earned him the respect of his fellow professionals, as evidenced by his receipt of a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo.Fluent in Spanish as well as in English, Mr. Trembly attended Eastern New Mexico University and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. His legal education was obtained at the University of Miami School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2008. His affiliations include the South Miami Kendall Bar Association.
