Emily Guenin-Hodson focuses her practice on personal injury litigation and business dispute litigation. Born and raised in Chicago Heights, Illinois, James attended Indiana University in Bloomington where he was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He received his law degree at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University in 1975. While attending law school, James clerked at the Indianapolis law firm of Stewart & Irwin, P.C. He practiced law at Stewart & Irwin from 1976 — 2013. In 2013 he relocated his practice to Katz Korin Cunningham.The primary focus of his practice has been medical malpractice defense. He has represented physicians, dentists and their groups throughout the state of Indiana.
