Anthony J. Baratta ("Tony") fights for injured victims of medical errors, car and truck accidents, defective products and dangerous situations. Through his relationships with top specialists in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Tony has developed expertise representing brain injury victims. He works closely with these specialists to ensure that his clients receive the best medical care to maximize their brain regeneration. Tony is a veteran litigation attorney who has raised over $ 60 million through court judgments and negotiated settlements for his injured clients. Tony is a Nationally Certified Civilian Trial Advocate, AV Preeminent, rated by Martindale Hubbell, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and does pro bono work for the Philadelphia VIP. Tony began his career as a court clerk with the Honorable James T. McDermott of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and then spent 5 years with the Philadelphia Attorney following cases of child abuse and rape. He continues to represent victims of sexual assault in order to obtain fair compensation against the parties responsible for the life-changing harm caused. Tony founded Baratta & Russell, P.C. 1997 with his classmate and best friend Ken Russell, who became Baratta, Russell & Baratta in 2004 when his brother Andrew joined the firm. Tony handles cases in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He represents victims of medical errors, car wrecks, dangerous situations and sexual assault. He also represents those who have suffered injuries at work and need an aggressive lawyer to ensure fairness in employee claims for damages. When Tony is not a lawyer, he spends time with his wife and three sons in Richboro, PA.
