- Paul J. A magna cum laude graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Hanly earned his law degree from Georgetown Law and also holds a master's degree from the University of Cambridge.Mr. Hanly is admitted to practice in the state courts of both New York and Texas. He also practices before the U.S. district courts for the southern and eastern districts of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.With more than 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Hanly has been involved in a number of high-profile cases throughout his career and has been instrumental in favorably settling thousands of cases for his clients against pharmaceutical companies.Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Hanly plays roles in various professional organizations. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers' Association, where he serves as a member of the committee on federal courts.Mr. Haley also belongs to the American Association for Justice, the Federal Bar Council and the Federal Bar Foundation. Possessing extensive trial experience, Mr. Hanly has also served as a trial advocacy instructor at continuing legal education events.
