- Attorney Ingrid Gherman founded her New York City law firm, Ingrid Gherman, P.C., in 2002. Since founding her own firm, Ms. Gherman has continued to focus her practice on assisting clients facing difficult family law issues. From high-asset divorces to contentious child custody battles, Ms. Gherman has provided hundreds, if not thousands, of clients from throughout New York state with not only representation but also guidance and support.Ms. Gherman began her legal career in 1984 after earning her law degree from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her approval to practice law in the state of New York. In more than 30 years that have passed since she began her career, she has represented clients in cases under the jurisdiction of the state's family courts and New York's appellate courts, making her one of the most experienced family law attorneys in the region.Thanks to Ms. Gherman's dedication to protecting her clients' rights while also representing their interests, she has earned a number of honors.
