Michael Noonan is the President and Managing Director of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. with offices in Dover, Concord and Manchester New Hampshire and Saco, Maine. As the Chair of the Personal Injury Practice Group Michael represents injury victims and their families throughout New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont who suffer injury or death as the result of the negligence of another person or company including all serious injury cases, wrongful death claims, premises liability and product liability cases, automobile,boat and motorcycle accident cases, trucking accident injuries, brain injury and spinal cord injury claims, construction site injuries and pharmaceutical litigation, and cases involving injuries from medical devices.Michael graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1990, and began his career as an associate at Shaheen & Gordon that same year. In 1997, he became a Shareholder and Director in the firm and in January 2007 took on his current role as Managing Director and President of the Firm. Attorney Noonan has obtained significant compensation for clients in both large and small cases, through mediation, negotiation, arbitration and trial including recovery in excess of $1 million on numerous occasions. Noonan is licensed to practice before both the state and federal district courts of New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont. He is also licensed to represent plaintiffs before the United States Claims Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Nicholas C. Howie is a partner at Howie Law Office, PLLC. Located in Salem, New Hampshire, he serves clients across the criminal defense area. His primary focus is on assisting individuals charged with driving under the influence. Mr. Howie is also experienced in defending against other government offenses and offenses. As a student, Mr. Howie attended what was then Westfield State College in Westfield, Massachusetts. He studied political science and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. He then completed his legal training at the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007. After graduating, Mr. Howie worked for a general practitioner company in Massachusetts before moving to his current company in 2012. Mr. Howie was admitted to the bar in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is also admitted to the US District Court for the New Hampshire District and US District Court for the Massachusetts District. During his career, Mr. Howie has earned the respect of his fellow attorneys for his successful track record on behalf of his clients and for his high level of ethics. John E. Durkin studied at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and graduated in 1994. After passing the bar exam, he was admitted to legal practice in 1994.

Paul Cox is a personal injury matters and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1963. He was subsequently admitted to legal practice in 1963 after passing the bar exam.
