- Mr. Howell has been an attorney with Hamilton Weber LLC since graduating from Washington University School of Law. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois including the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the US District Court for the 8th Circuit. Jared represents private and corporate clients in the greater St. Louis area on extensive civil litigation matters. He provides a shrewd defense to healthcare facilities and professionals charged with medical misconduct. Defends property owners against property liability claims such as slips and falls and inadequate security; represents public utilities, local authorities and other government agencies in major domain litigation in federal and state courts; represents employers in employee compensation proceedings; and defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and breach of contract. Mr. Howell attended Southeast Missouri State University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2010. He received his legal education from Washington University at the St. Louis School of Law. He previously served as a speaker to two judges at the US District Court. In 2014, he received his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Howell is actively involved in the community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Child Center and the Advisory Board of the St. Charles YMCA.
