- Attorney Daniel L. Gerdts is a solo practitioner in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Before embarking on a private criminal defense practice he served as a law clerk to Judge Gerald W. Heaney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and to Judge Michael J. Davis shortly before his appointment to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.Mr. Gerdts appears before all Minnesota courts, state and federal, both in the district courts and in the courts of appeals.
