- Christopher Simon dedicates the majority of his Atlanta-based law practice to personal injury cases of all kinds. He is also skilled in handling cases that pertain to business litigation and alternative dispute resolution. A graduate of the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, Mr. Simon has practiced in Georgia since 1997.After a decade working as legal counsel for large insurance companies, Mr. Simon began working with a trucking defense practice. Eventually, he changed his focus from trucking defense to private practice, where he began representing the very same clients he had previously defended against. A unique knowledge of both sides of insurance law gives Mr. Simon an advantage in cases dealing with insurance companies and claims, particularly cases wherein clients have been victimized by truck accidents. His background also gives him a strong compassion for victims of all kinds of accidents, and he is tenaciously dedicated to bringing them justice in the form of financial compensation.Mr. Simon was chosen as one of the Top 100 Lawyers every year from 2014 to 2017 by Superlawyers and a Top 100 Litigator by National Trial Lawyers. He has been on the Superlawyers list every year since 2009. He received his mediation certification from the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution in 2006 and is an active mediator with BAY Mediation.
