He has achieved high rates of success in obtaining positive resolutions for his clients, including winning a number of multimillion-dollar verdicts. He formerly served as the chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and as president of the National Employment Lawyers Association – Georgia Chapter. He is the author of numerous legal articles, papers and a book chapter on topics relating to employment and labor law. Mr. Buckley has also conducted numerous seminars across the nation for employee rights and consumer groups.
