He served in the Gulf War, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Northern Watch. His military background allows him to provide generous service to each of his clients, always acting with uprightness of character.Mr. Spragg earned his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in the state of Florida in 2000, qualifying him to practice in all Florida state courts.
