Along with personal injury issues and motor vehicle accidents, he is also experienced in debt collections and real estate transactions. With a small-town approach, he represents clients throughout the state. He is passionate about social and legal equality for the LGBT community.Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Delaware, Mr. De Cos is fluent in both Spanish and English, and proficient in French.
