As a founder of Cline Caldwell, Courtney J. Cline devotes her practice to assisting clients in Greenwood Village and the greater Denver metropolitan area in a wide range of divorce and other family law matters. She works with her clients to find practical and cost-effective solutions to often sensitive and difficult legal issues like dissolution, child custody and parenting arrangements, adoptions, spousal support, and the division of marital property. Ms. Cline also applies what she has learned as a litigator at the negotiating table. She works to resolve potentially thorny family disputes amicably as a mediator and a collaborative law practitioner as well, and she has also served as a court-appointed arbitrator and parenting coordinator/decision-maker.Ms. Cline earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School. She was admitted to practice law before the state courts of Colorado in 2004. While attending law school, Ms. Cline gained valuable experience clerking for the District Attorney’s Office of Denver, Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Judicial Institute, the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals, the Arapahoe County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.During her distinguished legal career, Ms. Cline has spoken at the Colorado Bar Association’s Family Law Evidence Practicum on several occasions. She has also been chosen to deliver presentations before members of the organization’s Family Law Section.
