Licensed to practice in Colorado, Wisconsin and Arizona, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado, the District of Arizona, the Western District of Michigan and the Northern District of California. He also practices before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th, 9th and 10th Circuits as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Hilbert routinely conducts lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics, and he has published numerous articles on subjects involving corporate governance, internal controls, mitigating risk exposure and other related topics. He has also served as President or Board Member for a variety of organizations including the Catholic Lawyers Guild, the Notre Dame Club, VP of Colorado Notre Dame Lawyers Committee, VP of Gyro Club of Denver and several other private clubs.
