An attorney at Mann Kemp PLLC, Angela Mann focuses her practice on a variety of family law matters. Working out of the firm's office in Little Rock, Arkansas, she provides representation to clients in Pulaski County and throughout the greater metropolitan area. Admitted to practice before all Arkansas and Tennessee state courts since 2011, Ms. Mann is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.Ms. Mann's client base is largely made up of people who are seeing their marriages come to an end and who are accordingly having to deal with such divorce-related legal issues as the division of complex assets and debts, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support. She often helps them reach an accord on these matters by guiding them through the process of negotiating a settlement agreement, but she is a forceful courtroom advocate on their behalf when litigation proves to be necessary. Ms. Mann also assists clients whose marriages have already been dissolved and who are seeking the enforcement of or modifications to existing parenting and support court orders, and her other family law experience has included adoptions and the preparation and review of prenuptial agreements.As an undergraduate, Ms. Mann attended Christian Brothers University in Memphis, where she majored in marketing and received Bachelor of Science magna cum laude in 2005. She subsequently went on to pursue her legal education at The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and in 2011 she was awarded her Juris Doctor summa cum laude.
