- A member of the Honor Law Group, PLLC, Benjamin Rundall has a varied practice that encompasses personal injury and other civil litigation, federal Indian and tribal law, and medical lien resolutions. Located in Tempe, Arizona, he represents clients throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Admitted to practice in Arizona since 2014, Mr. Rundall is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the Hualapai Tribal Court, and the Gila River Indian Community Court.Mr. Rundall has advocated on behalf of people who have been harmed as a result of the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has handled in this regard have included motor vehicle crashes, workplace accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, premises liability and nursing home negligence, and he has been able to obtain significant compensation for his clients through both jury awards and negotiated settlements. Mr. Rundall's Indian and tribal law practice has encompassed both civil and criminal proceedings and matters, including those that present family law and employment issues. He has represented both community and noncommunity members in tribal courts, and he has handled several cases that are governed by the federal Indian Child Welfare Act. Mr. Rundall's successful track record in all of these areas has earned him an "Excellent" peer-review rating through Avvo.As an undergraduate, Mr. Rundall attended Arizona State University, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology and well as a Bachelor of Arts in political science, both cum laude. He then enrolled at the school's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2014. Mr. Rundall is a member of the Indian Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and other professional groups.
