The managing partner at Burnham Law, Stephanie Randall focuses her practice primarily on family law matters. Based in the firm's Colorado Springs office, she provides representation to residents throughout El Paso County. Ms. Randall has been admitted to practice before all Colorado state courts since 2013.Most of Ms. Randall's family law clients are people whose marriages are coming to an end and who are thus having to face such divorce-related issues as the division of complex assets and debts, spousal and child support, and child custody and visitation. A forceful courtroom advocate on their behalf when litigation is necessary, she will often attempt to have them reach an accord on these matters through negotiations. Ms. Randall also represents people whose marriages have already been legally dissolved and who are now seeking the enforcement of or modifications to existing parenting and support court orders. She has also frequently been appointed as guardian ad litem for children in order to obtain appropriate protective orders in cases involving domestic violence, working in this regard with the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center.Ms. Randall has received a great deal of acclaim from her fellow attorneys for her successful track record as well as the way that she handles what are often emotional and contentious cases. A recipient of a Bachelor of Arts from Milligan College, Ms. Randall obtained her legal education at Washburn University School of Law and was awarded her Juris Doctor in 2013.
