Brandon E. Vaughn, Principal Attorney at Robins Kaplan LLP and co-chair of the firm's Diversity Committee, focuses almost exclusively on personal injury and unjustified death litigation, with an emphasis on cases arising from medical misconduct. In another case related to hospital negligence, Mr. Vaughn received $ 4.5 million in severance pay for a newborn who suffered permanent brain damage.
