- Attorney Alison C. Leslie is the founder of Leslie Law Firm, LLC, in Morristown, New Jersey. Ms. Leslie concentrates her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, alimony, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and child and spousal support. She serves clients in Morris, Bergen, Essex and Union counties in New Jersey.Ms. Leslie has over 15 years of experience in litigation and mediation and has practiced family law for her entire legal career. She draws on her years of acquired knowledge and experience to provide personalized solutions for each client, helping them through a difficult and emotional process so they can move forward with their lives. In addition, she is a strong negotiator and litigator when trial is necessary.Active in the family law legal community, Ms. Leslie is the author of various legal articles and regularly speaks on family law topics. She has held several roles with the New Jersey State Bar Association, including serving on the executive committee of the association’s family law section and as chair of the section’s young lawyer subcommittee. She is a former chair of the association’s membership and solo-small firm sections.Recognized for her success, the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys named her one of the “10 best” for client satisfaction in 2019. She is also a former barrister of the Barry Croland Family Law American Inn of Court.Ms. Leslie earned a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is trained as a mediator by the state of New Jersey and holds a license to practice law before all New Jersey state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States.
